Summary: Fairly new hotel. Clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were both relaxing. All staff members that we encountered were extremely friendly. Only negative was that there were no drinking glasses which seems to be a trend in hotels. Nice soaps and shampoo.

Summary: The small kitchenette and fridge were very useful and a nice touch! Pool was great! Definitely met our needs for our stay!

Summary: One visit to Ottawa area for a family reunion. It was adequate for the night. Nothing special. Somewhat overpriced. Breakfast was OK, again adequate. The usual sausage, scrambled egs, toast, etc. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price and with similar offerings. Usually these Microtels are much better. At least it was clean.

Summary: Everything was fine - the breakfast was so-so. Items were not replenished as quickly as needed. There was not enough comfortable seating.

Summary: Our Stay was great. We came for a concert and were greeted with smiles. Check in was quick and easy. Tetiana and another woman were our initial contacts. They were so nice and full of information. They helped us out with a local shuttle service which helped us get to and from the concert safely. The next morning Tetiana greeted me while i was getting coffee. Im not a morning person so i probably wasnt as friendly but she really did make me feel like we knew each other forever!! I would say she is a wonderful asset to the hotel! The breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner works great as it was 40+ degree weather! Will definitely be our go to hotel when staying in Kanata!
